Most of us spend our work time traveling within or woking on one machine after another. Warm river stones help us instantly break this cycle and come home to sthira or stillness. Sthira sukham asanam: Yoga Sutra II, 46. ”Yoga pose should be steady and comfortable”. In the beginning, middle and end of our yoga workout we will hold stones to improve our weight bearing strength, balance and energetic sensitivity.
Since nature is familiar territory to most of us, maintaining nature as a focal point can make yoga that much more enjoyable for newcomers and regulars alike.
Module I – 3 hours- In addition to above Ayurvedic constitutions will be assessed to lead the healing energy to the correct point of healing.
Module II 3 hours- In addition to above we will learn to use stones at home for a self massage personal yoga practice.
