Makaan uses warm stones on Marma (acupressure) points that nourish, pamper and rejuvenate. Using a combination of Ayurvedic, Swedish and Traeger techniques with clothes on or off, this bodywork will surpass any state of lasting relaxation you have ever experienced. Constitutional and anatomical assessment is included. Specific oil for your constitution or issue are used.
$70/ 60mins, $90 /90mins.
Discounts are available during certain times of the year.

Hot Stone Yoga Therapy Private or couples Session:
This is a guided class of either therapeutic yoga or
core strengthening for aging athletes combined with a 15 minute
hot stone restorative yoga massage with hot stones laid throughout the body on therapeutic points.
$70/ 60mins, $10 for each additional person.

Structural Yoga Therapy Private :
The first session focuses on systematic anatomical evaluation of a person's musculature. The therapist tests each muscle group for range of motion, muscle strength and pain. Each degree of motion is recorded and added to the whole person picture and to see progress later on. Targeted asana and pranayama recommendations are chosen after careful considerations of what will most effectively bring balance structurally and otherwise.
The second and additional sessions are refining the targeted custom program and teaching the breathing and more advanced ways of doing each exercise so the greatest possible benefits occur readily. Friends of next of kin may join this guided class.
First Session - $90 for 90 minutes or more including script of program
Additional session $60-70 for 60-75 minutes, $10 additional people
